We have had another fun week in 1/2/3. We have been learning how to write letters to a friend about a book we liked. We especially enjoy having students from Wyong High School come and help us with our writing on Monday mornings. We also used Microsoft Word to design presentation folder covers.
In Maths we are learning about fractions. Years 1 and 2 explored which 2D shapes can be cut into halves or quarters. Year 3 cut paper strips to show how different fractions can still be the same size whole.
We love Moving Bodies dance lessons each Friday and every student has a smile on their face. We also like the cool music.
Our homework has created interesting news each week. This week was whether music or sport was more important.
We are all looking forward to our COGs excursion next Tuesday.
